This one was pretty tricky to set up. I wanted a strip where it alternated between Harley and Billy (don't ask me why; sometimes I just have an idea that I go with for no reason), but it was difficult to find a scenario in which that would make sense. So I decided to add Pete to the mix, to be delivering their messages to each other. That brought it all together, so the strip kinda blossomed from there.
