Another ill-concieved Billy get-rich-quick scheme. I think the colors turned out all right in this one.

I like writing these strips with Billy mentoring Pete. Also I think the lighting looks good in the third panel.

There is another strip with a piano in it, and as I explained in my comment on that strip, I have no idea where this piano comes from. Does Harley own a piano? Are they in a music store? I don't know. And I drew the darn thing.

There's a very early Billy strip that also has a throne with Billy commanding Pete: http://billythepop.blogspot.com/2014/01/harleys-book-looks-interesting.html
It's really weird to look back on the early days of this strip and see how much I've improved. Hopefully I'm not done improving though!

I wonder how many different personas I've created for Billy over the course of this strip. It's probably a lot.

It was fun drawing a beach at sunset. Kind of a fun challenge, and I think it ended up looking pretty all right.

I enjoyed writing the word "no" so many times in the third panel. It was rather meditative.

I like doing the trips where Billy yearns to see snow. I think it adds just a little bit to him as a character.

The colors are kind of off to me in this strip. They're pastel-ish but they still slightly muted, so they don't really work with each other, I think. But since the whole thing is a fictional story by Billy, it sort of works for them to be strange.

Is the plural of Billy "Billys" or "Billies?" I think it's the second one, but I dunno.
I think time travel, if it did exist, would cause more problems than it would solve. People could change the course of time, they could cause paradoxes -- not to mention all the Billy Armies running around.

I'm not sure whether this is funny or not. I guess it's just silly when someone adds something completely unhelpful to a conversation, so that's what I was trying to do here.

In the second panel I tried to illustrate what Billy was talking about with the shading in the background. I made the different circles different values, representing different colors. It's kind of hard to represent colors in a strip that's all in black and white, though.

There are two mini-jokes/misspellings in the sign on Billy's stand. First of all, there's no apostrophe in "Billy's" so it just says "Billys," which is something I find very funny. Also, it says "$1 dollar," which is redundant because there is both a dollar sign and the word 'dollar.' I like adding little barely-noticeable things like that.

I don't have much to say about this strip. I think it speaks for itself.
