A very commonly said, yet very true speculation. I kind of like how Pete emphasizes the "those" in his line, as if to say, "You could throw something else out the window, but not these."
Also, look at that rhyming onomatopoeia in the last panel. I'm such a wordsmith.

Dang, first with all those insults two strips ago, and now with a "poophead" in this one? I must have been on a potty-humor spree. I'm sure that happen again for a while.
This punch line might sound kind of teen-angsty (I am thirteen, after all), but that's not what I was going for.

February 24th, 2015

The setup of this one is really off. I barely even know what's happening. Is the show they're putting on for someone? Is it even real? Is it just in their imaginations? Don't ask me; I have no idea either. All for a weak punch line that I don't even think is funny. Oh well. It happens.

You know your life is in order when you can spell "diarrhea" right the first time.

February 20th, 2015

I have never made a prank call in my life, but they sure are fun to listen to. I think Pete's line in the final panel is pretty true.
I finally switched pens, so the strips from now on won't have such thick lines.

This one was partly inspired by a Peanuts strip. Charlie Brown is at Lucy's Psychiatric Help stand and Lucy asks him whether he prefers sunrises or sunsets. A similar conversation ensues.

These "Ice-cream Principles" aren't true (Not that I know of), and I basically just based them off the cliché that distinguishes "chocolates" and "vanillas." But I think they have some true ringings to them. I'll admit that I'm a "swirler" and like to consider myself a nice problem-solver.

Happy Valentine's Day to all! This strip really has nothing to do with it. See, I draw comics a long time before I post them, so I was not thinking of Valentine's Day when I drew this. Anyways, hope y'all have a good one!

I like this strip. The only part I don't like is how big Billy is in the second panel. I don't usually fill up huge spaces with him. I do that with Harley sometimes, because he's supposed to be larger. But Billy's so small and undetailed that making him this big kinda makes me feel like I'm slacking. But I actually think it turned out okay here, because of how the pen I was drawing with was thicker.

Dang, first with the colored strip, now with this one -- I seemed to really want to make non-athletic rants.

February 10th, 2015

It was pretty fun drawing the random doodles in the background of the second panel. I think I built this strip just so I could do that.
When I thought of the "minds have a mind of their own" line, I knew that there was a funny line somewhere that Pete could reply with. That sort of thing happens sometimes. I know a joke has potential, but it's tough to think of the right line to make it work.

Given this choice, I would also pick invisibility. I'd imagine it's much easier to keep a secret identity that way. If an random pedestrian saw you flying that one time, you'd be all over the news. But if you walked invisibly through town, it would be like you vanished from society. Being the recluse I am, I would like that feeling.

This is sometimes the way I am about things. I tend to really want to get better at something, but once I do, it's never as big of an achievement as I'd hoped, so I'm never really that motivated. I know visualizing your goal helps, so I drew a comic about it.

I know what you're thinking -- Two colored strips in a row?!
We'll, turns out I skipped one once, so now I'm making up for it.

If you know me, you'll know I hate being active. I'd really rather sit down all day and draw than actually do anything, let alone exercise. I decided to vent about it in a strip. I chose the colors here to be lighter, more pastel hues, just to see what it would be like.

February 2nd, 2015

I really enjoyed drawing and coloring this strip, partly because it was easy, but also because I think it looks funnier than most other colored strips I've done. Maybe I'll make these more
often. . .

On the subject of Magic Bullet, it is currently being shipped to many places around D.C. However, they might not be in your area yet, so make sure to check their blog for updates. magicbulletcomics.blogspot.com
