To clear things up so no one gets mad, I do not mean anything offensive by Billy's line in the last panel. It's a comment on video games that have that feature and not anything more than that. It's no cause for anger, just a slightly-edgy joke.

Having a strip about meditation and calmness gave me an excuse to have an emptier background. Having a blank background enhances the quiet vibe of the strip, and also makes it much, much easier to draw. I get to be lazy and make the strip more thematically fitting! It's a win-win!

I like listening to thunder. It feels oddly comforting and humbling. A reminder that you're small, I guess.

I wanted the colors in this one to be cartoony and bright, but also pastel-ish and easy on the eyes. I think that worked pretty well here. Not perfectly, but I think it's a nice combination of strong, saturated colors and a more subdued style. Let me know what you think!

I liked using those triangles as shading in the second panel. I think I've done that once or twice before, but I think I should probably do it more. It looks pretty cool.

Harley's line at the end sort of seems like an environmental message, but that's not what I was going for when I wrote it. I meant it more like, to make fun of environmental messages, or like a sarcastic message? I don't really know. I think that unsureness kinda makes it funnier.

I honestly have no clue where the idea for this joke came from. I'm perplexed just looking at it now.

Actually, a turtle's shell is a part of its body. Their spine and ribs are attached to it. So it's probably a bad idea to smash one with a hammer. Although, there are soft shell turtles that kind of look like they have no shell: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/29/b9/43/29b943d79092cce4be3118c1f957ec8d.jpg
