For those just tuning in to the story: Harley's brother Thomas, first shown in a long-ago Billy series, is visiting Billy and the gang and witnessing Billy's weird behaviors.

I tried to emulate pirate-speak in this one as best as I could, with Billy saying things like "I be bearing" and "meself." It's not perfect, but it was fun to write! Also, I think Billy's line in the last panel is funny.
