For those just tuning in to the story: Harley's brother, Thomas, who first appeared in the very first Billy the Pop storyline, is back for a visit to the Billy household.

To me, Thomas represents how a normal person would react to Billy and his antics. Harley lives with Billy, so he's pretty much used to Billy and doesn't find him so weird as he does annoying. Thomas, on the other hand, doesn't see Billy often and is certainly not used to him. Thomas' reactions are basically what I think would happen if someone from the real world stumbled into the strip.
