This strip reintroduces Thomas, who is Harley's brother. He was introduced in this very mediocre Billy the Pop story that I made towards the very start of the blog. It was actually the first Billy story I ever made, which explains its less-than-satisfactory writing, but I thought I would bring back Thomas just to show that he wasn't just a one-time character.
