I actually write the words first, then draw everything in the foreground, and THEN I draw the bubbles around the words. Sometimes, you'll see something in the foreground (usually Harley's head) overlap the word bubble a little bit, and that's why. Thanks for the question!
I have a question on technique. Do you write out the word bubbles first then draw the scenes in the space that is left? Or vice versa?
